Job summary

Astound is seeking a retail operations supervisor to oversee day-to-day Retail and RSR functions across multiple stores. The role includes supporting onboarding, coaching the RSR team, and ensuring high-quality service and sales performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Retail or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive demeanor. Occasional travel between stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service roles, including phone support.
• Proven ability to relate to customers, peers, and management.
• Positive, pleasant, respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Retail and RSR functions.
• Support onboarding of retail staff and scheduling.
• Coach and develop RSR team with Retail Manager.
• Act as store back-up for coverage including lunches/breaks.
• Promote world-class customer experience and drive sales/retention.
