Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead store teams across our client locations in the United States. You will oversee daily floor operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies while driving sales goals and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends. Experience in retail supervision and knowledge of POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• General problem solving/decision making with organizational ability.
• Demonstrates flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• POS knowledge.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Show dynamic leadership and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise assigned personnel and develop, coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform steps of EXTRA Guest Service to ensure memorable experiences.
• Oversee inventory control programs and cash handling procedures.
