Steve Madden Ltd. in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the management team and lead the staff in delivering outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily store operations and help drive sales while maintaining a positive, engaging shopping environment. Responsibilities include training and developing the sales team, liaising between customers and store management, and ensuring effective communication with colleagues and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate people and resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations including floor moves, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform duties outside of role.
