Steve Madden Ltd. in Massachusetts is hiring a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the store leadership and drive sales, service, and operations.

You will lead a team, train staff, and act as a liaison between customers and management when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager are away. You'll contribute to daily merchandising, floor moves, and a positive guest experience while maintaining flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people and resources.
• Strong team-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations: floor moves, merchandising, display, cleaning, and inventory returns.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
