Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for Store 1460-Alderwood Mall-ANN-Lynnwood, WA 98037. You will guide associates, model exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with the Store Manager to be ready to step in as manager when required.

The role demands at least 6 months of retail sales experience, management experience preferred, and POS proficiency. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a high‑engagement team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer‑focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in‑the‑moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and enable omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
