Job summary

LOFT at Store 2955-Seattle Premium Outlets-ANN-Tulalip, WA seeks a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You'll help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Tech-savvy and able to operate a POS system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to maximize customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.

• Seamlessly step into manager duties when needed.
