KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Sales Lead in Spokane, WA. You will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered shopping environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, coaching, product knowledge delivery, and ensuring smooth operations with scheduling, inventory, and replenishment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and operate the register; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Ensure knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide feedback.
