Job summary

LOFT in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store operations and brand standards while supporting an inclusive, high-energy environment.

The role requires retail sales experience and may include on-the-spot coaching; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with POS systems; and a proactive, organized approach to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and technology.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Organizational skills and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store manager with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can bring their best to customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
