KnitWell Group in Altoona, IA seeks a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor.

The role focuses on coaching associates, onboarding new hires, maintaining visual standards, and driving profitable sales while ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required; prior retail leadership and POS familiarity are preferred.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.
