Job summary

LOFT in Altoona, IA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to guide and model exceptional customer experiences and support store associates. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will contribute to onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, while upholding brand standards and delivering seamless omnichannel service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience coaching others is a plus.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
