KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards in Camp Hill, PA. You will foster a customer-centered culture, coach staff, and drive performance while delivering memorable shopping experiences across channels.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a Regular/Part time role at Store 1122-Camp Hill Shopping Center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and daily operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and in omni-channel efforts.
• Provide coaching to keep team on track with goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.
