Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Support with scheduling and associate development as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
