Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as Leader on Duty, coach associates, drive sales metrics, and bring POP MART's brand stories to life on the sales floor.

You will oversee visual merchandising, inventory tasks, cashiering, and opening/closing procedures while fostering an inclusive, energetic team environment and a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Experience interpreting business metrics to improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to hit individual and store goals.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Manage visual merchandising, inventory, and store cleanliness.
