You will be a product knowledge expert across a wide apparel range and actively coach team members to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, understanding needs, and mentoring staff in selling skills and operational procedures in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions to learn about needs and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert with ability to sell a broad range of apparel including private labels and brands.
• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and procedures.
