You will drive sales through product knowledge and coaching, in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers base pay with commissions and eligibility for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits for associates working required hours, including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by spending time to understand needs and preferences.
• Sell a broad range of apparel including private labels and name brands.
• Coach and train team members on selling skills and operational procedures.
