DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is dedicated to delivering an unmatched guest experience.

You will welcome guests, learn their needs, be a product knowledge expert across private labels and brands, and coach teammates to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment. This role starts with strong service and ends with coaching success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree helpful not required).
• Proven customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, spend time to learn needs and lifestyle.
• Serve as product knowledge expert across apparel, including private labels and named brands.
• Assist with building a superior customer-focused sales team by providing coaching and training for selling skills and procedures.
