You will coach the team, drive performance toward goals, manage omni-channel initiatives, and handle operations like scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, while maintaining a welcoming, customer-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, policies.
