KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Palm Beach, FL to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step in as manager when needed while upholding brand standards and omnichannel service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to be expert on store functions.
• Step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards for the store.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and omnichannel shopping.
