Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Williamsburg, VA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven experiences. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising, and share product knowledge to meet goals.

This role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, flexible availability, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and peers.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling when needed.
