Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will set the tone for achieving goals with clear direction and a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach the team, and ensure operations run smoothly including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Handle cash and understand store policies and promotions.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
