Job summary

Knitwell Group in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality beyond transactions. You will guide daily operations, ensure brand standards, and help create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture.

You’ll coach staff, manage scheduling and performance goals, and share product knowledge on the floor while supporting omni-channel initiatives and maintaining strong store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
