Job summary

KnitWell Group in Bloomington, MN is hiring a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, lead by example, and support leadership duties wherever needed. You’ll implement brand standards and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable experiences reflecting our hospitality.

You’ll coach and develop associates, assist with scheduling and inventory, manage cash handling, and stay informed on promotions while promoting teamwork and ownership

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
