POP MART in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations, coach the sales team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead as the Leader on Duty when management is unavailable, overseeing sales, KPIs, and brand storytelling.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture. The position is on-site, with competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, process POS transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with product launches and campaigns.
