POP MART Americas Inc. in Westchester, NY is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive outstanding customer experiences and lead daily store operations. You will serve as the Leader on Duty, coach staff, and ensure merchandise is presented to reflect POP MART's premium brand across launches and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervision preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze store metrics and use data to improve performance.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories and products.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive environment for customers and team members.
• Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs, and promote key product categories.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store operations.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; assist with shipments and inventory.
• Maintain stockroom organization and assist with planograms.
• Partner with leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and merchandise availability.
• Support in-store events, brand initiatives, and pop-up activations.
• Be flexible to evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
