Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive the customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain store operations & visual standards.
• Support inventory, replenishment, and back-of-house organization; assist with events and campaigns.
