Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and SOP adherence.
• Coach team on selling behaviors, and manage MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Promote loyalty programs, manage OC/BA operations, and drive omni-channel fulfillment.
• Develop team through onboarding and ongoing skills training; support loss prevention.
