KnitWell Group in Tyson’s Corner– ANN–McLean, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You’ll bring retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach teams, with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes effective teamwork and customer focus.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Ability to communicate and coach effectively.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
