Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a part-time Sales Lead for ANN Rockville. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences and assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, developing the team, and maintaining brand standards at the store level in Rockville, MD.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and omnichannel support across our brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with focus on customer.
