Job summary

KnitWell Group, operator of White House Black Market at Tysons Corner, seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven experiences.

You will coach teammates, manage on-floor service, assist with opening/closing, and handle operations like cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, while building relationships with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and coaching teammates.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
