KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Richmond, VA store to partner with leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering a welcoming, customer‑centered experience. The role focuses on coaching, schedule coordination, and day‑to‑day store operations.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, drive performance, and support merchandising, cash handling, and inventory tasks while fostering teamwork and a positive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
