KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store team, deliver personalized customer experiences, and help mentor associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to understand store functions and step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail sales or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site role in Sevierville, TN.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
