KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for LOFT at Tyson's Corner, McLean, VA. You will be a key member, modeling exceptional customer experiences and guiding associates while collaborating with the Store Manager to maintain store functions.

Your role includes stepping in as manager when needed. The position requires strong communication, 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred), and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
