Warby Parker is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present. You’ll share our story, drive exceptional service, and help improve processes across locations in the U.S. and Canada.

You bring 6+ months of management experience in retail, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company with at least 6 months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive learner.
• Team player who helps customers and teammates alike with a positive attitude.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solver with a can-do mindset.
• Self-motivated to perform at a high level and lead by example.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth handoff and coverage.
• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Promote an inclusive, service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer thoughtful style advice.
