Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead on-floor operations. You will represent our brand story, participate in process improvements, and guide a team in a fast-paced retail environment across locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit are essential. The role requires past retail leadership experience, superb interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, energetic approach to mentoring
