Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Houston, TX to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates toward confident, helpful service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and readiness to step in as manager whenever needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged sales team, uphold visual standards, and use available tools to drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers both in-store and online.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills preferred.
• Able to deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.

Responsibilities
