Job summary

LOFT in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of sales associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You’ll focus on personalized service, coach staff, support onboarding, and maintain visual standards while driving a customer-first, omnichannel shopping experience. Flexible evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and model brand expectations.
• Support store leaders and onboard/develop a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and omnichannel shopping experience.
