Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and coach associates to deliver the best customer experience while enabling a seamless omnichannel approach.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
