Job summary

LOFT in Dallas is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and to support and coach associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to understand store functions and step in as manager when needed, helping to drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

We value candidates with 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and some management exposure. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with flexible availability

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
