LOFT at The Galleria Houston store is seeking a Sales Lead to champion personalized customer experiences and model best practices for the team. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop an effective, highly engaged team, coach associates, and step in as manager when needed, while maintaining visual standards and seamless omnichannel experience.

6-months of retail sales experience preferred; management experience preferred; tech-savvy with POS systems; strong communication and coaching

• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop an engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
