Job summary

LOFT in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to help deliver personalized customer experiences and support store leadership. You will model great customer service, coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to fill in as manager when needed.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a proactive approach to organizing tasks and developing a high-performing team. Regular/Part time position.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Assist in onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
