Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead in Gainesville, VA to model excellent customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with store leadership to ensure brand standards, onboarding, and a seamless omnichannel experience.

This role requires retail sales exposure, comfort with POS systems, and strong communication and coaching skills. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within our brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can delegate to meet deadlines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
