LOFT, part of KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Lead for our Gainesville Oaks store. You’ll be a key team member who delivers personalized customer experiences and supports and mentors associates, while partnering with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and readiness to step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience (6 months preferred), strong communication skills, and tech proficiency to operate a POS system.
