Job summary

knitwellgroup in Milford, CT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences and to assist the Store Manager with store functions. You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, while upholding brand standards and driving a seamless omnichannel experience.

This Regular/Part-time role requires retail experience, leadership aptitude, and strong communication. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• 6-months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and prioritizes assignments.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
