Deckers Brands’ HOKA store seeks a Sales Lead to act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing duties, and driving store KPIs. You will champion customer service, educate shoppers on HOKA products, and lead a team to meet sales goals during shifts.

You’ll stay current on product technology and ensure accurate cash handling, inventory checks, and on-brand merchandising. This role emphasizes energetic leadership and a passion for the brand.

Formación

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly targets (sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, NPS).
• Open and close the store and partner with store management to ensure a stellar customer experience.
• Educate customers about the Brand and products and stay current on product knowledge and technology.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; support store administration and events.
