POP MART in Camarillo, CA is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about our designer toys and pop culture. You will serve as a brand ambassador, deliver memorable customer experiences, share the POP MART story, and help drive store performance through product knowledge and customer engagement.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, making personalized recommendations, processing purchases and returns, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized selling floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build authentic relationships.
• Share POP MART’s story, artist collaborations, and products.
• Educate customers on blind boxes and new launches.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and upselling.
• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and store operations.
• Support Robo Shop replenishment as needed.
