Job summary

Knape & Vogt is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Account Manager to join our industry-leading team in the United States. You will drive profitable sales growth, manage assigned retail accounts, and lead category initiatives with focus on planogram execution and promotions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Product teams, analyze P&L at SKU level, prepare retailer-specific presentations, and help launch new products while expanding market share.

Qualifications

• 5 years of selling in the Retail Channel with account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or comparable experience.
• Proficiency with BI tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth, increase market share, and lead account management within assigned Retail channel.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop prioritized growth plans for accounts.
• Prepare retailer-specific presentations for new products and promotions.
• Execute product launches, planogram updates, price changes, and SKU rationalization.
• Research market trends and competitive data to support decisions.
• Resolve customer service issues and provide effective solutions.
