Job summary

Knape & Vogt is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth within the Retail channel. You will manage key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate presentations and launches with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of selling in the Retail Channel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or comparable experience.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and account management within the Retail channel.
• Identify opportunities and analyze market trends affecting accounts.
• Review P&L at SKU level and plan accordingly.
• Prepare retailer-specific presentations for new products and promotions.
• Lead product launches, planogram updates, pricing, and SKU rationalization.
• Resolve customer service issues and represent KV at trade shows.
• Collaborate with KV teams on tools, product knowledge, and market research.
