Job summary

Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth, expand market share, and lead account management within the Retail channel. You will analyze trends, prepare retailer-focused presentations, and execute launches and promotions to maximize profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of retail selling experience, a business/marketing degree, and proficiency with CRM platforms, BI tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

5 years of selling in the Retail Channel
Experience with account management
Proficiency with BI tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms and MS Office

Responsibilities

Drive profitable sales growth and increase market share within assigned Retail channel
Prepare retailer‑specific presentations for new products, line reviews, promotions
Execute product launches, planogram updates, price increases, and SKU rationalization
Identify growth opportunities and evaluate market data and customer needs
Coordinate with KV teams for CRM, finance tools and product knowledge
