Job summary

Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company in Massachusetts is seeking a Retail Sales Account Manager to join our industry leading team. You will drive profitable sales growth, increase market share, and lead account management activities within the Retail channel.

Bring 5+ years of Retail channel sales and account management, a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, and experience with CRM platforms, BI tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of selling in the Retail Channel with account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or comparable experience.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth, increase market share, and lead account management activities within assigned Retail channel.
• Identify business changes and trends caused by five key triggers: Technology, the Culture, the Economy, Customers' Lives, and the Competition.
• Create prioritized list of specific growth opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Review customer needs, challenges, product opportunities, and growth potential.
• Prepare and deliver retailer-specific presentations for new products, line reviews, promotions, etc.
• Execute new product launches, planogram updates, price increases, and SKU rationalization.
• Resolve customer service issues and provide solutions to customer needs.
