Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates and deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor. You will coach, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure department coverage while handling both customer-facing duties and store operations.

The role requires flexibility across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, occasional opening/closing, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 5 years retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Experience supervising or directing teams (with or without direct reports).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Coach, delegate, and monitor daily tasks; manage performance and coverage.
• Handle customer interactions and store safety activities; support merchandising and area recovery.
